This website is operated by Lambda Learning Inc. (“Lambda Learning”, “we”, “us”), 47 Front Street East, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario M5E 1B3, Canada. Zoola Analytics is a Lambda Learning product. Lambda Learning is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo, ask for pricing or contact us, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, organization, your learning management system, the approximate number of learners and anything you write in your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and website tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to run, secure and improve the website.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in section 6.

3. How we use information

• To respond to demo, pricing and contact requests, and to follow up about Zoola Analytics and related Lambda Learning services.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve this website.
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.

We do not sell personal information.

We share personal information only where needed to provide our services or run this website, including with:

• Service providers that host the website, deliver email and support our sales and customer operations, under obligations to protect the information.
• Professional advisers, and parties to a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or other parties where required by law, or where needed to protect our rights, investigate misuse or prevent harm.

We may share information that does not identify you, such as aggregated statistics.

5. Data in the Zoola Analytics product

This policy covers this website. When an organization uses Zoola Analytics, learning data from its LMS is processed on that organization’s behalf and under its agreement with Lambda Learning. Lambda Learning does not use that data for its own purposes. Questions about learner data in Zoola should go to the organization that runs the LMS.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to make the site work, remember your preferences and, where you allow it, understand how the site is used. Our cookies do not store personal information such as your name or email address.

When you first visit, a consent panel lets you accept or decline cookies by category. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Other categories are used only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you block cookies.
